Oh wow Kristy! That looks lovely :) Is your home brand new? It looks great and how fabulous to have the lake so close. Can you use it for swimming and such or is it just for looking *grin*.
PS. I'm having a heck of a time with HSB to and it's awful frustrating isn't it. ((hugs))
